Yeah, I know this blog looks really plain. I’m looking for help in making this personal blog really personal. I’ve been messing around with it but I’m afraid of breaking it! I’m looking for graphics, and no, I’m not creative so I’m not going to attempt to do this entirely on my own.

Sorry to hear about your brain fog, but you sound sharp in your writing. My husband has control of my laptop for his job hunt (sigh) so I’ll be checking in on your blog committment as often as I can.
In the meantime, if you need designy stuff to dress up the blog – take your camera outside and just take pictures of stuff around you. It’s very theraputic. I don’t have a fancy camera or photography experience, but snapping photos helps me appreciate things otherwised unnoticed.

Thank you and I wish your husband lots of luck! Wordpress has a bit of a learning curve, but eventually I will get pictures up. My daughter just sent me the most hilarious picture of her dog. That one I would love to get up. Time to go poke around and see what I can break. If you come back and see a big “404 this page isn’t here” well…you know I tried!
