I’ve been messing around with my blog and put Google AdSense on the side bar. Since I talked about Naltrexone guess what the ads are all about? Addiction treatment. Nice. No selling of snake oil treatments for fibromyalgia for me, oh no!
Gotta laugh, right?
And another laugh (but an ah-ha moment too) I just read an article about riding horses as therapy for fibromyalgia. It reminded me of horseback riding last August. I spent three hours on the back of a (very fat) horse so my daughter could go trail riding to the beach.

- Therapy?
I was so sore that I literally could not get off the horse. They had to push a ramp over to the side of the horse so I could land on that. Sharon (youngest daughter) had to help me off the horse and then help me limp to the car. Don’t ask me how I managed to drive home…
So call it good therapy? Yeah, just because I couldn’t walk for a couple of days afterwards…it was still a fun time. Well, except for when my cell phone went off (playing Muse’s Supermassive Black Hole. That’ll cause anybody to twitch.) and the horse I was riding finally woke up in a big way and off we went…! But it was still fun.
