I am sorry that you appear to be going through some frustration of some sort... I have NO idea why, and so I won't profess to know... but I do know one thing... YOU ARE SO WELCOME TO COME PARTICIPATE IN OUR BLOG CARNIVAL!
I'd be honored actually.... We are simply real women sharing real stories, and I LOVE our group.
Thanks Kathy for the link back to our 2nd round!
And I hope you both have clear sailing ahead.
HUGS and much love to both of you!
XOXO

Sure no problem. Good luck moving, God help me if I ever have to move....that is my biggest fear with FM....Also check out this blog carnival if you want to participate: http://gracefulagony.wordpress.com/2010/09/05/ding-ding-round-2/

BTW, It was always frustrating to me too as a contributor....get it in on time ----and there was certainly enough emphasis put on that --- often I'd even be early, and then..pfft..posted whenever....can't the same standards apply to both sides?.

Thanks, KD. Give me a month to get moved (I'm moving back up north again) and maybe we'll start a rotating carnival. Just for fun, just for us...not just for content for contents sake!

Kathy- I thought you did a wonderful job!! And here's my 2 cents...

I don't understand why this has to be so complicated. To me, it's simple: One "policy" - same coverage for everyone from the homeless guy to the Microsoft exec - sliding scale for how much you pay - just like subsidized housing. Let Big Pharma pay the subsidies. Doesn't matter if you are working or not.....If you make nothing, you pay nothing (but you better have a good reason for not working - laid off, disabled, etc) If you are on a fixed income (retired, disabled, whatever) you pay a flat, reduced fee. As far as what the policy would cover - we want what our lawmakers get in their healthcare coverage. See? Simple!! lol

Thank you, I really appreciate your support. And someone that agrees with me! I don't understand that some people think that episode was a good thing for people with fibromyalgia and creates fibromyalgia "awareness". Seriously? Makes me want to hit my head against a wall...like that would help.

So if I go kill somebody do you think the "I had to kill him to make my fibromyalgia symptoms stop." defense would hold up in court? And could you itemize your attorney's fees on your tax return as health care expenses? Now I'm just being silly :)

Agreed about Dr. T's motive on money. I am close with a doctor who knows Dr. T well and she told me she asked him " So why are you charging people $7000 for an appointment with you?" He replied, "I just thought it sounded like a good number" Ugh!

I saw that Bones episode. And EXPLODED when she said she had to face her fears to be healed. I think I scared my husband, the annoyance and rage was everywhere.

That's it. Just a simple, friendly desire to let you know that you're not alone in thinking that Bones episode was a massive fail.
